Recipe of “Rice Cooked with Sliced Sea Bream in Uwajima”

【Ingredient】Slice of raw sea bream fish for four servings, a little of red seaweed and green laver, a proper quantity of rice, four yolk of egg.

【Seasoning】・6 tablespoons of stock, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sake, and 2 tablespoons of Mirin.

【How to cook】
№1・Slice the raw sea bream into sashimi.
№2・Soak the sliced sea breams with seasoning for 20 minutes.
№3・Put the sea breams on the cooked rice and yolk in the middle of dish. Flavor with red seaweed and green laver
№4・Put the sauce(cooked in №2) on the rice.

Welsh onion, sesame, perilla, and condiment paste made from yuzu zest and chile peppers will do instead of seaweed.
